The mechanism of synthesis of tone row and light sequence is presented for music lovers . We suppose that this mechanism is the first step on the way towards a new form of electronic arts. It is commonly known that music reflects the reality with sound images. Let us take a picture (video) of some reality and make it play music. For example, cosmic music is accompanied by a picture of star sky (by intention of the composer). A software program and some human creativity are needed to build in this mechanism into, say, a certain cluster of stars... And, the star sky will start playing and singing. In our case colour does no matter: the stars will be yellow for some users of the mechanism, and red for the others. But all the viewers of this play will have one and the same impression: the music originates from the cluster of stars we have chosen. This is the program aim. The second step is to create this software program.
